Debo reconocer que cuando vi la miniatura de esta foto, pensé que se trataba del museo de San Ildefonso, en la Ciudad de México. Pues no, de trata del antiguo Palacio de Cortés, que alberga al Museo Cuauhnauac, en la Cuernavaca, Morelos. Aquí hay unos datos curiosos cortesía de Acuarela 08, autor de la imagen: este palacio fue construido sobre los restos de un templo tlahuica, y en algún momento sirvió como cárcel, misma en la que estuvo preso José María Morelos y Pavón.
